Campus Recruitment Specialist

Overview

In this role you drive Early Careers and campus recruiting, partnering with researchers and traders to identify and hire junior talent. You own campus strategy, build university relationships, and plan on-campus events to sustain a healthy candidate pipeline. You coordinate interviews, scheduling, and liaise with external agencies while keeping data accurate and stakeholders updated. You contribute to a global emerging talent strategy and support a positive candidate experience. This is a fast-paced role with travel, touching multiple teams and campuses to shape the firm’s talent funnel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to campus recruiting strategy
• Serve as main point of contact with universities and plan on-campus recruitment events
• Partner with business to maintain healthy candidate pipeline and drive interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling and screening calls with junior investment candidates
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies
• Provide reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends, talent movements and competitive hiring
• Travel for campus events is required

Key requirements

• 3+ years of campus recruiting experience
• Experience with universities and campus relationships
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort navigating ambiguous problems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to travel for campus events
• Nice to have: Fluency in French (written and verbal)
