Residential House Manager – Leading Care & Wellbeing Team

Garvald West Linton Ltd. is seeking a dedicated House Manager to lead one of our residential houses supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will create a warm, safe, nurturing home while guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and promote wellbeing, independence and community life in line with our ethos. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and resources, and work to maintain safe environments.
