Director of Operations – Multisite Church Growth Lead

Christ Church Brixton Road is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the smooth running and coordination of all church operations, including HR, facilities, finance and fundraising. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders and the PCC to realise the church’s vision and strategic priorities.

While Spanish is not required, the role would benefit from cross-congregation communication.
