People Partner – Employee Experience & HR Advisor

Wenzel’s The Bakers is seeking a head of HR to join the Head Office team in Watford. This role focuses on delivering exceptional employee experience, advising leaders, and shaping HR strategy across head office and store locations.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, strong generalist HR experience, and a practical understanding of employment law, disciplinary, and change management in a retail context.
