Newly Qualified Mental Health Solicitor (Scotland, Remote)

You will work closely with the Principal Solicitor and gain substantial advocacy and client-facing experience in mental health law. The role involves representing patients before the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland, meeting clients in hospitals across Scotland, and handling a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
