Traveling Construction Superintendent — Lead Multi‑Site Builds

TMG Construction seeks a Superintendent II to lead day-to-day field operations on multiple projects valued at $5–8 million. You will supervise subcontractors and self-perform staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Travel to various job sites is required. Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical trades is essential, with the ability to manage budgets, punch lists, and closeout while maintaining clear client communication.
