SHE Manager – Health, Safety & Environment Lead

Forterra Plc seeks a proactive SHE Manager to lead Safety, Health and Wellbeing on site at Kirton. You will own the IMS compliance, drive improvements and mentor operational management. The role requires strong auditing, training, incident investigation and risk assessment capabilities.

You will manage audits, incidents and training, promote a positive safety culture and coordinate across sites to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
