Customer Success Associate: Strategy & Retention

Moody’s Corporation is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive overarching customer success and retention from onboarding to renewal. You will host training sessions, share best practices, and partner with internal teams to scale engagement for customers in regulated finance clients.

The role requires strong English and German communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a Manchester-based team. Travel up to 25% may be involved as needed.
