Regional ADR Driver Trainer & Development Coach

Biffa is seeking a Regional Driver Development Coach to lead training, onboarding, and performance reviews for our HGV fleet across the UK. You will design and deliver induction programs, refresher training, and ongoing coaching to raise safety and compliance standards.

With minimum 3 years HGV experience and a valid Class 1 licence, you’ll partner with operations to optimise driver learning, assess incidents, and implement behavioural improvements.
