Silverleigh Care Home in Axminster is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide and support the care team, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will oversee shifts, manage medication administration, monitor wellbeing and maintain accurate care records, while communicating clearly with colleagues, families and health professionals. Some weekend work is required.
