Aviation Maintenance Manager – Line & Base Operations Lead

Meritus is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee Line and Base maintenance for an aviation operation in the UK. You will lead engineering teams, manage performance, plan resources and maintain regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have Part 145/MRO experience, strong leadership, and the ability to prioritise in a time-critical environment, working closely with Compliance Monitoring and senior management.
