Senior L&D Coordinator – Law Firm Training & Development

Ryder Reid Legal Ltd in City of London seeks a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to drive the delivery of professional skills programmes across the firm. You will coordinate inductions, training schedules and development initiatives, working with Trainee Solicitors, NQ Associates and Partners.

The role is full-time and hybrid (3 days in office). You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers, track CPD hours, manage L&D records and support budgets and communications
