You will earn up to £30 per hour, working a flexible schedule of clinics from 13:00 to 21:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What you will do



  • Deliver Occupational Health Physiotherapy services with a focus on early return to work, using functional assessments, evidence-based treatment, and workplace evaluations.

  • Conduct precise clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments both in-person and remotely to ensure the best care is provided.

  • Advise employers on employee fitness for work and recommend necessary adjustments for successful rehabilitation.

  • Adhere strictly to national clinical standards for exceptional rehabilitation care.

  • Complete thorough clinical assessments and treatment records in compliance with company policies and national guidelines.

  • Employ a bio-psychosocial approach combined with functional assessments to identify and manage barriers to work.

  • Provide insightful reports to management about employee fitness and necessary workplace adjustments.

  • Conduct workplace assessments, such as DSE, and offer relevant advice and recommendations.

  • Remain impartial and objective in adherence to occupational health guidance to deliver unbiased rehabilitation.


Requirements



  • Must hold current HCPC registration.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

  • Experience or strong interest in occupational health.
