Finance Director: Growth, Board Impact, Hands-On

Talk Staff Group Limited is partnering with a growing technology business to appoint an experienced Finance Director who will own the finance function and influence strategic growth. You will work closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors to shape the financial infrastructure.

Based in the East Midlands with a hybrid model, the role offers a 4-day week and direct exposure to senior leadership, including the Founder and investors. Salary £75,000 – £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
