Senior Consultant/Manager, AI/ML Engineer

Overview

In this role you will lead AI-enabled engagements within client teams, blending technical architecture with delivery leadership. You will bring SME-level depth in AI/ML, Platform/Cloud, or Software Engineering to create measurable client value. You’ll balance advisory work with hands-on delivery, guiding teams to production-scale AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Own and lead engagements end-to-end, from shaping opportunities to delivery governance and team leadership
• Apply SME-level depth in AI/ML Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering to deliver value
• Balance advisory duties with hands-on technical delivery across client environments
• Contribute to production-scale AI solutions including design, deployment, and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into scalable AI/ML architectures

Key requirements

• 1-5 years in technology consulting, software engineering, or AI/ML
• SME-level depth in at least one domain among Agentic AI/LLM Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform & Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Clear, confident communicator capable of conveying complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Master’s degree or equivalent depth; or relevant professional certifications
• Prior experience as a forward-deployed or embedded engineer in a client environment; exposure to regulated industries (energy, financial services, or public sector)
