Overview

In this role you will design, build and deploy production-grade AI systems centered on LLMs. You’ll work across models, data, evaluation and production tooling to translate AI advances into reliable products. You’ll collaborate with software, product and domain experts to tackle real-world problems at scale. Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered features and systems into production
• Design robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance
• Experiment with prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval and agentic approaches
• Create data and ML pipelines to enable rapid experimentation at scale
• Optimize models and inference for latency, reliability and cost
• Collaborate with software, product and domain experts on real-world problems
• Help shape the company’s ML architecture, tooling and technical direction

Key requirements

• Excellent Python and software engineering skills
• Strong experience with PyTorch and modern ML tooling
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs
• Strong understanding of transformers, embeddings and modern NLP
• Experience with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG and/or agentic systems
• Experience taking ML models from experimentation through to production
• Strong judgement around model quality, data, performance and trade-offs
