Graduate Sales & Management Trainee – Fast-Track to Leadership

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd invites graduates to join a fast-paced development programme designed to fast-track careers in B2B sales and management. You will gain hands-on learning, build relationships with electricians, contractors and tradespeople, and work towards leadership roles within the group.

Starting salary is £31,000–£33,000 with two pay rises in the first year, plus a profit share bonus and up to £1,800 tax-free training bonuses.
