Founding Children’s Home Support Worker

Agincare Weymouth is launching a new not-for-profit Children’s Residential Home in Salisbury. We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join the founding team and help children with learning disabilities feel safe, valued and empowered.

We offer a range of shifts including full-time, part-time and bank contracts. Benefits include a pension, funded Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, DBS paid for, and a refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000.
