School HR Advisor – Employee Relations & Policy

Westcountry Schools Trust is seeking a People Advisor to deliver high-quality HR advisory services to Devon cluster schools, reporting to the WeST HR Office. You will manage employee relations caseloads, support policy improvements, and partner with school leaders to drive consistent HR practice across Plymouth, South Devon and Cornwall.

You will work primarily in schools with time at the WeST HR Office, applying strong digital skills and keeping up-to-date with relevant education sector terms
