Senior HR Advisor: Employee Relations Lead

Focus Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join a hands-on, on-site team in Bishop’s Stortford. You will manage Employee Relations cases from inception to resolution and support senior leadership with ER strategy.

This role requires CIPD Level 5, extensive independent ER experience, a clean criminal record and an Enhanced DBS check. A driving licence and own transport are essential.
