As Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will lead complex building services projects for high-end sectors and steer a multidisciplinary team towards excellent delivery. Responsibilities

• lead and oversee mechanical design projects within building services
• manage and develop the project team, including junior engineers
• ensure high design, technical, and quality standards across projects
• coordinate with clients and other disciplines to align on requirements and deliverables
• support business development and maintain strong client relationships

Key requirements

• demonstrable experience in the building services industry
• exposure to sectors such as high-end residential, healthcare, historic buildings
• strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• degree education in Mechanical field is desirable (preferred)
• ability to lead projects and collaborate across disciplines
