Remote Clinical Director (Part-Time) – Mental Health Practice

Phoenix Therapy Practice CIC in Brighton/Hove area is seeking a calm, resourceful psychotherapist to take on Clinical Director duties alongside the Operations Director. You will lead clinically and organisationally, supervise practitioners and coordinate with referrals team to ensure accessible services.

The role starts Autumn 2026, is 15 hours a week, from home with on-site meetings, and offers an NJC scale PO5 point 38 (£49,282) pro rata (£21,120).
