Lead Deputy Team Manager – Adult Social Care (LD)

Islington Council is seeking a Deputy Team Manager for the Learning Disabilities Partnership (ILDP) to lead day-to-day operations, oversee workload, and supervise staff within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.

You will work under the Team Manager, guide practice under Care Act and safeguarding frameworks, champion strengths-based care, promote independence, and collaborate with health and social care partners to improve outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
