Overview

As an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes team in Bristol, you will handle a varied contentious caseload for key clients and provide strategic legal guidance. You will collaborate with senior fee earners, contribute to business development, and work with colleagues nationwide. The role sits at the heart of a leading UK practice known for its scale and client focus in financial disputes. You will help drive practical resolutions across disputes, pre-litigation, and ADR. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied contentious caseload for financial services clients
• Provide strategic and commercial legal advice on disputes and claims
• Engage in business development with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across TLT offices nationwide

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE
• Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercial awareness with enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to understand client business needs
• Ambitious, enthusiastic team player who supports senior fee earners
