Insurance Due Diligence Lead for Private Equity Deals

IDEX Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for a Private Equity Insurance offering to take lead on insurance due diligence across deal lifecycles. You will assess target insurance profiles, provide commercially-focused advice on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will liaise with insurers, review cost and structure of programmes, prepare concise reports, and communicate complex technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
