Drive Operations Manager – Domestic Abuse (Hybrid Role)

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an experienced Drive Operations Manager to lead the Drive Project across Lincolnshire. You will manage a team of Drive practitioners and work with domestic abuse partners, police, probation and children’s services to deliver a coordinated county-wide response focused on victim safety.

This fixed-term role requires strong safeguarding knowledge, risk management and performance leadership.
