OperationsManager-Responsibilities:
- Manageday-to-dayoperationalactivities,includingstock,ordersanddeliveries.
- Manageinventorylevelsandensureproductsareavailablewhenrequired.
- Handlepurchaseorders,salesorders,invoicinganddeliveryarrangements.
- Liaisewithsuppliers,customersandlogisticspartnerstoensuresmoothoperations.
- Supportthecompany’s E-commerceoperations,includingorderprocessing,stockupdatesandcustomerenquiries.
- Maintainaccurateproduct,stockandorderrecords.
- Monitorstocklevelsandidentifypotentialshortagesoroverstockissues.
- Supportproductlaunches,promotionsandothercommercialactivities.
- Helpimproveoperationalprocessesandensureefficientday-to-daybusinessoperations.
- Workcloselywiththemanagementteamandotherdepartmentstosupportthecontinuedgrowthofthebusiness.
OperationsManager-Requirements:
- Previousexperienceinoperations,ordermanagement,supplychain,stockcontrolorasimilarrole.
- ExperiencemanagingstockofB2Cproductswouldbeadvantageous.
- E-commerceexperiencewouldbehighlydesirable.
- Strongorganisationalandtime-managementskills,withexcellentattentiontodetail.
- Goodcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.
- Comfortableworkingwithsuppliers,customersandexternalpartners.
- GoodExcelandgeneralMicrosoftOfficeskills.
- Proactive,reliableandhands-onapproachtowork.
- AninterestinJapanesecultureandproducts.
- Japaneselanguageskillswouldbeanadvantage,butarenotessential.
