Five-Day Paid Teen Work Experience: Build Skills

McDonald’s in Wales invites school leavers aged 16–19 to a one-week paid work experience at a local restaurant. Placements run for five consecutive days, 9am–3pm, Mon-Fri or Wed-Sun, providing hands-on exposure to a fast-paced team environment.

You’ll build teamwork, problem-solving and leadership skills, while practising key employability tasks such as writing CVs, completing applications and answering interview questions.
