Driver Operations Manager — 4-on/4-off Shift (Grays)

Greenergy is seeking a Driver Manager to lead our Thames depot operations on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights. You will oversee a team of drivers, manage hours, and ensure compliance with tachograph and WTD requirements while driving continuous improvement and cost control across the operation.

The role requires LGV C+E experience, strong knowledge of the fuels sector, and proven leadership in a unionised environment.
