Responsibilities
- Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely and correct applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
- Manage contract change to maintain governance and best practice
- Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
- Cost Management level experience
- Experience delivering projects in Distribution, Transmission, Renewables or other technologies
- Degree qualification (ideally) or equivalent
- Professional body membership or equivalent (ideally)
- Contract Management experience (NEC3, Option C or NEC4 preferred)
