Senior Data Engineer

Overview

In this role you will design and build scalable data pipelines to support a data-centric SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders, with mentorship from senior engineers and directors. You’ll own end-to-end data flow, ensuring security, reliability and performance, and have opportunities to grow into senior responsibilities. The role combines hands-on pipeline work with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, robust data pipelines
• Maintain and secure the data platform for reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Work with engineers, product teams and customer-facing stakeholders

Key requirements

• 3-7 years of commercial data engineering experience
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
