Empowering Residential Support Worker — Adult Care

Resicare Alliance LTD is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to adults in our residential service. You will join a dedicated team supporting independence, daily living skills and dignity, while promoting wellbeing.

Applicants may be experienced or new to adult social care and should be committed to safeguarding, flexible working including weekends and sleep-ins, and progression towards Health & Social Care diplomas.
