Lead Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home

SuperCare Residential is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for our children’s home. This role combines direct care with leadership responsibilities to ensure safe, consistent and high-quality support for young people with complex needs.

The home is rated Good by Ofsted, and you will lead by example, support less experienced staff, implement care plans and behaviour strategies, and engage in activities that promote development and independence.
