Deputy Care Manager – Lead Residential Care & Team

Sense seeks a Deputy Care Manager for our Deeping St James residential service to support a team caring for 5 adults with complex needs. The role combines office duties and hands-on care shifts, working with the Registered Care Manager to run the home.

Prior care experience is essential, and a full manual UK driving licence is required. You will assist in line management, create safe working environments, plan rosters, and help deliver services to key KPIs.
