Lead Groundworker — Hands-On Team Lead on Multi-Site Projects

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Lead Groundworker for SE London & Kent. You will lead a two-person team on multiple sites, performing drainage, foundations, paving and concreting while ensuring safety and quality.

This hands-on leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years in groundworks, CSCS card, and good communication. A full UK driving licence is essential, with overtime potential and a company vehicle offered.
