Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

Overview

In this Senior/Associate Building Surveyor role, you will deliver a broad suite of surveying services to an established client network while actively developing new business. You’ll work within a multi-discipline consultancy with a strong regional presence, guiding client relationships and possibly mentoring junior surveyors. You will handle high-value projects autonomously, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation. Responsibilities

• Deliver construction and property surveying services to existing clients
• Source and secure new business opportunities and follow through to revenue generation
• Possibly supervise and mentor junior surveyors
• Manage client relationships and project delivery to high standards
• Lead and deliver professional services for project scopes in a medium-sized consultancy
• Contribute to strategy and growth initiatives with a focus on adding value for clients

Key requirements

• MRICS or FRICS
• proven track record delivering projects and professional services in similar environments
• ability to manage clients and win new work
• autonomy to deliver high-value work in a mid-sized consultancy
• experience across surveying, planning, design, M&E, or related services is implied by role
