Band 3: Child Care Support Worker (Part-Time, Home Visits)

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 3 Care Support Worker to join the Children’s Continuing Care Team in Wiltshire. This part-time role (27 hours/week) involves caring for children at home, including nights and evenings, with training provided for medical technologies and care planning.

You will travel across Wiltshire and Banes, liaising with families and safeguarding children as a core duty. The role requires driving, strong communication, confidentiality, and a compassionate approach.
