Learning Support Specialist — Maths & English (FE)

Long Term Futures Ltd in Burton upon Trent is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support learners aged 16+ across GCSE Maths, GCSE English, and vocational programmes. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group in-class support.

The role requires patience, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a safeguarding-conscious Further Education environment. The position is full-time but term-time only, with a 9:00–16:30 schedule, on-site in Burton.
