Overview
As a Transactional PSL, you will support a market-leading transactional practice with exposure to global offices. You play a key role in delivering knowledge, training, and process support to partners and lawyers across international teams. You help drive consistency and efficiency in cross-border transactional work, shaping the firm’s knowledge resources and client-facing capabilities. This role offers international exposure and the chance to contribute to a high-calibre, relationship-driven practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide transactional PSL support to the market-leading practice
- liaise with global offices to share knowledge and best practices
- develop and maintain knowledge resources for transactional work
- assist partners and lawyers with training and process improvements
