Wales Church Engagement & Training Manager

Alpha seeks a Relationship Manager to support churches across Wales in running Alpha and Alpha Youth. You will be the main Alpha contact for the region, building strong church relationships, delivering training, and driving engagement and growth.

You will travel across Wales, engage with church leaders and networks, and represent Alpha at events while reporting on progress and impact. The role requires effective communication, training, and IT skills, including CRM systems, GDPR, and MS Office.
