TNE Partnerships Relationship Manager (SIM and other global partners)

Overview

In this role you will develop, manage, and strengthen Cardiff University’s strategic international education partnerships with the Singapore Institute of Management and other global TNE partners. You will act as the key contact between the university and its partner institutions, coordinating cross-functional efforts to advance transnational education. The position is full-time, open-ended, with international travel expected. You will contribute to delivering the university’s global partnership strategy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic and operational relationships with TNE partners
• Serve as the main point of contact between Cardiff University and global partners
• Coordinate engagement across cross-functional teams and partner institutions
• Oversee partnership development, governance, and performance monitoring
• Support international travel and represent the university in external collaborations
• Contribute to implementation of the transnational education strategy

Key requirements

• Experience in international education partnerships or stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to travel internationally
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and project coordination experience
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams
• Knowledge of higher education partnerships (preferred)
