Interim Finance Director | Strategic Leader (Hybrid)

Rutherford Cross is seeking an Interim Director of Finance in Edinburgh to support a public sector client for 12 months. The role is hybrid and reports to the CEO, leading finance and procurement, capital investment and financial planning.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with board-level experience, capable of engaging with the Scottish Government and delivering robust financial controls. Start is September 2026, salary circa £100,000 per annum plus pension and annual leave.
