Guest Experience Host at a Premium Golf Club

The Club Company is recruiting a Receptionist to join our team at Castle Royle Golf & Country Club. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a friendly, professional welcome and a tidy reception area at all times.

You will handle calls, direct inquiries, assist with member sign-in, schedule administrative appointments, and support front-of-house operations, while maintaining health and safety policies. GCSEs are required and service experience is desirable.
