The Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh is seeking a dynamic Pastry Chef de Partie to lead a high-volume pastry station across three venues, Kyloe, The Huxley, and Understory. You will own your section with consistency, supporting junior chefs and driving Rosette-quality outputs.
