Head of Physical Health — Community Mental Health

NORFOLK AND SUFFOLK NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking an experienced Community Matron to join the Central Norfolk Physical Health Team. Based at Hellesdon Hospital, you will supervise and provide clinical leadership across CMHTs, visiting other sites and collaborating with ICB and partner agencies to align the physical health offer.

You will lead on governance, ensure patient safety and quality of care, and support staff development through training and mentorship within a dynamic mental health
