Overview
In this role you will lead the on-site commercial function for a 50+m residential-led scheme in East London with a well-funded main contractor. You will steer the commercial strategy, manage cost processes, and develop the on-site commercial team to support delivery. The position supports the company’s growth in London and offers a long-term opportunity to shape large-scale projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure value and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead on all on-site commercial matters for a 50m+ scheme
- Build and develop the on-site commercial team
- Coordinate cost control, procurement, and contractual administration
- Represent commercial interests with stakeholders and supply chain
- Leverage main contractor experience to drive project delivery
- Support expansion of the London footprint with a residential-led focus
