Remote Deputy Head of Financial Crime & Strategy

Pleo is seeking a Deputy Head of Financial Crime to lead our Financial Crime Operations team and safeguard against AML, CTF and related risks. You will drive critical remediation initiatives, enhance controls, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Product to scale our spend management platform.

You will deputise for the Associate Director, lead a high‑performing team, and coordinate with regulators and external auditors to ensure regulatory excellence.
