Overview
As a Senior Associate in CRA’s Life Sciences practice, you drive advanced strategic analysis on client engagements across the pharma, biotech, diagnostics and medical device sectors. You manage project work, coordinate teams, and communicate results to clients and stakeholders. You influence project direction, planning, and budgeting while mentoring junior staff. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how clients innovate, commercialize, and perform in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Independently design analytic tasks and contribute to the analytic framework for projects
- Interface with client representatives to communicate progress and present results
- Draft reports or presentations or sections of them
- Contribute to project planning and budget management
- Provide training and supervision to less-experienced staff including coaching
- Contribute to business development and draft client proposals
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a relevant analytical degree, with significant work experience
- 3-6 years of consulting experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Proven staff and project management abilities
- Client interaction, facilitation, presentation, budgeting, and planning skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing and market access issues in European and global markets
- Occasional travel willingness
