Strategic Legal Counsel: M&A, Regulatory & Disputes

Shawbrook seeks an experienced solicitor/barrister to join the central legal team. You will handle M&A and corporate development work, including acquisitions, disposals, and post-merger integration, while also protecting the group in regulatory matters such as FCA and PRA investigations.

You’ll advise senior stakeholders directly, up to ExCo level, with support from a seasoned central legal team. You’ll manage external counsel, ensure budgets are respected, and help shape policy on governance,
