Remote Junior Legal Counsel – German Contracts & Compliance

Envoy Global, Inc. is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel for a 100% remote role in the United Kingdom.

You will support the in-house legal team across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, drafting and negotiating contracts (including in German) and coordinating with internal stakeholders on ongoing matters. You will advise on straightforward issues, conduct legal research, maintain templates and playbooks, and assist with corporate governance and KYC tasks, working under supervision with senior counsel.
